Why can't I log in to my profile with Facebook Connect?

At BoligPortal, for security reasons, we have chosen to remove Facebook Connect from our website and mobile apps. Therefore, it is no longer possible to log in to your user account with Facebook.


How to log in to your profile if you previously used Facebook:

To log in to your BoligPortal user account, you'll need to request a password reset. Read how to to reset your password here.

Enter the email address you use to log in to Facebook. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password and create a new one.

Can I change the email address I use to log in to BoligPortal?

If you want to change the email address associated with your user profile, you should contact BoligPortal's customer service at info@boligportal.dk and provide your current email address on the profile and the one you want to use instead.

What should I do if I don't know which email address I used for Facebook Connect?

You can always check which email addresses are associated with your Facebook profile under your account settings on Facebook. Read more on Facebook's website.

If you have trouble finding the email address you used to log in to BoligPortal with Facebook, you should contact us at info@boligportal.dk and include the following information:

  • If you're a landlord, you should provide the full address of a rental property you have advertised on BoligPortal, as well as your full name, phone number, and any company associated with the rental. We can then locate your profile for you.
  • If you're a tenant / seeker, we can locate your profile based on payment documentation - either the last four digits of your card number if you paid with a card, or a screenshot of a receipt from MobilePay if you used it as your payment method.
