Can I get personal assistance from a human?

Yes, at BoligPortal’s customer service, you can always get personal assistance from a real person – either via a phone call or in writing through Facebook Messenger or our Contact Form. If you use our contact form, you will receive a response directly via email.

Can you call me?
We are happy to call you if that is more convenient for you. Just contact us via Messenger or the Contact Form with a request to be called, and remember to include your phone number.
You don't answer the phone. What should I do?

If you have called outside of our opening hours, as listed at the top of this guide, we are unfortunately unable to answer your call.

In special cases, such as internal meetings where all employees are needed, you may also experience that we cannot answer your call during opening hours. In such cases, you are always welcome to contact us via the Contact Form right here. We will call you back as soon as possible.

How do I send an email to BoligPortal?

Do you have a physical office I can visit?
Unfortunately, we do not have a physical location that you can visit. Our office in Aarhus is a closed office and not open to the public, so you cannot visit the address.
