If you are unable to change the signing order on your digital rental contract from BoligPortal, it is because you have registered the tenant for an electricity supply agreement.
When you select an electricity supplier under 'Forbrug' (consumption), all tenants must sign before you, as the landlord, can sign.
Below, you can see an example of how it looks in the rental contract when you make these selections:

Due to the tenant needing to enter their CPR number first
The tenant must sign first because they need to enter their own CPR number during the signing.
Only then will the rental contract and power of attorney be updated with all the necessary information, and after that, you as the landlord can provide your digital signature
