To access your personal Tenant Hub, you need to find one of the two emails with the link that BoligPortal sent to you when you moved into your rental property.
You can only access the Tenant Hub via the link you received in the email after you and your landlord signed the rental contract. Therefore, it's a good idea to save the link, for example, as a bookmark in your internet browser or as a note on your phone.
If you haven't saved the email with the link to your Tenant Hub, we recommend searching for "BoligPortal" or "Lejerportal" in your inbox. In most cases, the email will appear here.
It’s helpful to look for an email with the subject line "Velkommen til din lejerportal" or "Kvittering: Alle har underskrevet" followed by the address of your property. You can also try entering your address in the search field of your email.
Remember to search in "All mailboxes" and not just "Current mailbox".
Inside the email, you’ll find the buttons 'Gå til oversigt' or 'Gå til din lejerportal' both of which will take you to your personal Tenant Hub.
Note: You will only have access to your Tenant Hub if your landlord uses BoligPortal's digital tools to manage rental agreements, contracts, and reports.
If you're unsure whether this is the case, we recommend contacting your landlord directly.
If you can't find the email containing the link to your Tenant Hub, you should first ensure that you have actually deleted the email. You can check this by following the instructions at the top of this guide, where you search your inbox using different keywords, including "BoligPortal" and "Lejerportal".
If you need the link to your Tenant Hub resent, you should contact BoligPortal's customer service and request a new link. Be sure to include the full address of the rental property that the Tenant Hub is linked to. It is very important that you contact us from the email address where you originally received the link.
No. Since the documents related to your rental agreement – such as your rental contract – are legal documents containing personal and sensitive information between the landlord and tenant, BoligPortal unfortunately cannot send copies.
To access your documents, you will need to either log into your Tenant Hub, where all the documents are available, or contact your landlord directly to request a copy.
No, your profile on BoligPortal is not linked to your Tenant Hub. Therefore, there is no place on your BoligPortal profile where your Tenant Hub can be accessed – just as your rental contract or other move-related documents are not available on your BoligPortal profile.
This also means that you will not lose your rental contract if, for example, you choose to request the deletion of your profile on BoligPortal.
You can only access your Tenant Hub via the link in the email mentioned in this guide.
