If you want to switch from rent collection with MobilePay to collection with Betalingsservice, you need to delete the existing collection and create a new one.
Note: Before you can link Betalingsservice to your rent collection, you need to have a Totalkonto with Betalingsservice and select BoligPortal as the data provider. Read how to do in this guide.

Click on the 'Tenancies' field on the left side of your user profile and then on the tenant for whom you want to change the rent collection.

Select the 'Rent' tab.

Click on 'Stop collection of rent'. You will now be asked to choose the date when the last payment via MobilePay should be made. Finish by clicking on 'Stop collection of rent'.
- Select the dot next to 'Betalingsservice'
- Check if all the provided information about the rent amount, payment dates, and the tenant details are correct.
- Click 'Save rent setup' at the bottom of the page.
