How do I arrange an Open House?

With the Open House feature on BoligPortal, you can invite interested property seekers to an open house via your listing.

This way, property seekers can easily see that you are holding an open house event and sign up.

Property seekers can see the date of your open house event, but they need to contact you by clicking the 'Contact Landlord' button to sign up and get the exact address of the rental property.

Below you can see how the Open House feature appears on the actual listing.   

How to create an open house event for your listing

An open house event can be added to a listing that is already advertised and active on BoligPortal.

1. Click on 'Advertised rentables' in the blue menu on the left side of the screen. 
   
   

2. Find the rental property for which you want to create an open house event and click on it

3. On the right side of the screen, you will find det box titled 'Invite to open house'
   
   

          

4. Click on '+ Create open house 
   
   
5. Fill in the date, start time, and end time for your open house event. 
   
   
6. Click 'Create' to save and create your open house.
   

          

Property seekers will now see on your listing that you are holding an open house. You will receive a message in your BoligPortal inbox when property seekers contact you to sign up.

How to close open house registrations

If you no longer want to receive registrations for the open house, you can delete the event.

Please note that if you want to cancel the actual event, you must personally contact any property seekers who have registered. Property seekers will not be automatically notified when you delete an open house event.

1. Click on 'Advertised rentables' in the blue menu on the left side of the screen.  
   
   
2. Find the rental property for which you have created an open house event.
   
   
3. Click 'Delete' in the box on the right containing the open house information.
   
   
4. Confirm that you want to delete your open house event.
