You can easily and quickly make a copy of one of your already created rental contracts on BoligPortal. This way, you don't have to fill out the rental agreement again if, for example, you are renting out identical properties in a building or need to re-rent a property to a new tenant.
To copy a rental contract, you need to create a duplicate.

-
Find the rental contract you want to copy under the 'Lejekontrakter' (Rental contracts) tab on your profile
You can copy both completed rental agreements and drafts.
-
Click on the three dots next to the contract in question and select 'Duplikér' (Duplicate)
-
Select the address to which the copy of the lease contract should be linked from the list
-
Go through the lease contract in the contract builder, fill in and check all fields
For example, you should fill in your new tenant's information in the copy, and we recommend ensuring that all copied information about the property matches the specific lease agreement.
