If you have previously advertised a property that has been taken down from BoligPortal – for example, because the property was rented out – you can easily reactivate the ad when you wish to advertise it again.
You do not need to recreate a property ad that you have already created and advertised, just reactivate your ad so that it is marked as available and open for applications.
How to reactivate an already created property ad
To reactivate your rental, it is important that you are logged into the profile on which you originally created the ad.

Go to 'Advertised Rentals' and select the 'Rented out' tab.
Here you need to click on the three dots next to the relevant rental and choose 'Advertise'.

Review and update your ad information in the ad setup
All the information you previously provided in the ad will be automatically filled in. However, you have the freedom to edit these details – for example, if the rent is to increase or if you have taken new pictures of the property – for the new advertising.

Check that your ad is as you want it, and finish the setup by clicking 'Advertise'
Please note that the messages you received about the rentable during the previous listing will disappear when the advertisement is reactivated. Read more here.

OPTIONAL: Purchase promotion for your ad and make it extra attractive
You have the option to purchase three different promotion packages, which you can read more about here. It's an additional service and entirely optional.

If you do not wish promotion, simply click on 'Continue with a free ad'
From here, you will be redirected to a page where you can preview how your ad will appear. However, it will have the status 'Pending approval' until it goes through BoligPortal's internal validation process.
If you want to make changes to the ad, you can always click on 'Edit advertisement' and make your modifications.
Be proactive: Set up a lease agreement, move-in inspection, and rent collection now
You also have the opportunity here to prepare a lease agreement and a move-in inspection report for the rental property so that they are ready when you find the right tenant for the residence. Both are entirely free.

You can collect rent manually via bank transfer or collect rent through Betalingsservice or MobilePay directly through your BoligPortal user.
