Why isn't my moving inspection appearing in my calendar on my phone or tablet?

When using BoligPortal's free digital moving inspection tool, you have the option to add your move-in inspection date to your calendar on your phone or tablet.

If the moving inspection isn't appearing in your calendar, it's often due to your calendars not being synchronized.

This issue especially arises on Apple devices, where Apple's built-in calendar app is the default. This means you need to synchronize your external calendars with your iPhone's calendar to view your upcoming move-in inspections across your devices.

How to synchronize your calendar with your device's calendar:

The procedure is generally the same, whether you prefer Google Calendar, Outlook, or a completely different calendar app.

Here, Google* is used as an example on an Apple device.

1. Open 'Settings' on your iPhone or iPad.
   
   
2. Click on 'Mail'
   
   
3. Tap on 'Accounts' and 'Add Account', and select Google* from the list

   → Note: If you're using Outlook through your company, do not choose 'Outlook'; instead, select the 'Microsoft Exchange' field.
   
   

4. Enter your email address and click 'Next'.
   
   
5. Enter your password and click 'Next', followed by 'Save'.
   Emails, contacts, and calendar events will now sync directly with your Google account. If you only want to sync your calendar, you can disable the other services.
