My tenant has rejected the payment agreement. What do I do?

If you tenant has rejected the payment agreement in MobilePay, this means that the automatic rent collection is stopped. If you still wish to collect the rent automatically thorugh MobilePay, you only have to click on Send new sign-up link. Afterwards the tenant can sign up to the rent collection through the new sign-up link. If you have typed in wrong information about the tenant, you can correct them under the tenancy.

When a tenant have signed up to the payment agreement again, the payment will again go on automatically. As a landlord you can still follow the rent collection under the tenancy on BoligPortal.
