I have accidentally deleted a rent collection. What do I do?

If you have accidentally removed a rent collection or regret deleting it, you will need to stop the entire rent collection process and restart it.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make individual payments through BoligPortal.

 

How to proceed if you have accidentally deleted a rent collection

  1. Go to the tenant for whom you have accidentally deleted a collection under 'Tenancies' or 'Rent collection'


  2. Under the tab 'Rent' click on 'Stop collection of rent'

           

  3. Now select 'As of today' under the last payment date and click 'Stop rent collection'.

           

     

  4. Restart the collection by clicking 'Start rent again'.
    This will open a box where you need to review and confirm all the information.

          

  5. Review and check that all entered information is correct, and approve the start of the payment.
    Here you also have the option to change the collection method – for example, from manual reconciliation via bank transfer to automatic rent payment via Betalingsservice or MobilePay*.

           

    Remember to ensure that the new rent collection starts from the correct date, so you collect the rent accurately from the tenant.

 

Are you using automatic collection via MobilePay?

Please note that your tenant must sign up for the payment again in MobilePay* when you restart the rent collection if you are using this service.
