You receive notifications about your rent collection at the email address associated with your BoligPortal profile.
It is only possible to change the email address where you receive notifications about your rent collection by changing the email address on your entire account.
You cannot change your email address yourself. If you wish to change your email, you need to contact BoligPortal’s customer service via our contact form or at info@boligportal.dk.
If you just want to disable rent payment notifications, or if you prefer to receive them via SMS instead, you can always change your settings as shown in this guide.
