It is not possible to use automatic rent collection if you do not have a VAT number, as this is a requirement for you to create a business account with MobilePay.
If you do not have CVR, you can still use BoligPortal's manual balancing tool for rent collected through bank transfer. Here you will be able to indicate if your tenant has paid their rent or not, and you can use the balancing tool to see your arrears, your future payments and how much you have charged in total.
If you at a later time get a CVR and a business account with MobilePay, you will always be able to set up an automatical rent collection on your rentals.
