When the landlord has set up automatic rent collection through BoligPortal, it is not possible to attach multiple tenants to the same payment agreement. Instead, one of you must be attached to the payment agreement. Therefore, you must settle the rent among yourselves.
When automatic rent collection is set up via BoligPortal, all tenants on the rental agreement will receive an email and/or SMS with a link to sign up.
This applies regardless of whether the landlord has chosen rent collection via MobilePay, bank transfer, or Betalingsservice.
However, only one of you can sign up for the rent payment. Once one tenant has signed up, the other tenants can no longer use the link.
The landlord will automatically be notified when the payment agreement is accepted and correctly signed up.
Does another tenant need to be attached to the rent collection?
If you want to change who is attached to the automatic rent collection, you must contact the landlord.
The landlord can stop the current collection and instead attach a new tenant.
