It is not possible for either the tenant or the landlord to sign the moving inspection report with a digital signature through MitID.
BoligPortal's moving inspection tool, whether you use it through boligportal.dk or the app, is designed so that all parties sign with physical presence after completing the moving inspection. Signatures are made directly on the landlord's phone or tablet using a finger on the screen, similar to what you might do when receiving a package.
By signing directly on the screen with physical presence, you as the landlord ensure that the tenant is present (either themselves or through an authorized representative) during the inspection and is thus aware of any defects, deficiencies, and repair solutions that you go through during the inspection.
