How do I change an error I have created in the moving inspection app?

When using BoligPortal's moving inspection report app, you can easily edit an error that has already been created in the report while you are conducting the move-in inspection.

Note: You can only edit an ongoing inspection. If the moving inspection has already been completed and more than 14 days have passed since your tenant vacated the property, you can no longer make changes to the reported errors and deficiencies. How to edit errors that have already been created in your ongoing moving inspection report

  1. Open the moving inspection report, select 'Gennemgang af rum,' and choose the room where the error you want to change is registered
    You will now see an overview of all the room's units, such as 'Walls,' 'Woodwork,' and 'Radiators'.

  2. Go to the 'Fejloversigt' tab

  3. Find the specific error on the list, click on the three dots next to it, and select 'Redigér fejl'
    From there, you can also delete the error entirely. If you just want to add pictures documenting the error, click on the camera icon next to the three vertical dots instead.

  4. Make the desired changes to the error and click 'Gem ændringer'
    You have the option to add more modifications and details:

    Add a note describing the error, such as "Scratch on the floor in front of the main door"
    Include a repair option, like "Cleaning" or "Sanding"
    Specify who is responsible for the cost of the repair
    Add photos for visual documentation.

After this, you can continue to create or conduct the moving inspection.

Once the report is signed by both you and the tenant, you will receive a link to the completed moving report in an email, and it will no longer be possible to make changes.
