If your tenant does not have an email address, unfortunately, it is not possible to use our built-in digital rental contract builder. This is because the contract is automatically sent for digital signature via the tenant's email address.
If your tenant does not have an email address, it might be a good idea to encourage them to create one.
If your tenant does not wish to have an email address, it may be necessary to use a physical rental contract. However, at BoligPortal, we only offer digital rental contracts, which make it easy for you to ensure that the agreement is legally correct and is securely stored on your BoligPortal profile.

Our digital rental contracts are signed digitally by all parties. Therefore, it is necessary for your tenant to have an email address, as the request for signature, including a copy of the contract, is sent through this.
You or your tenant can easily sign the digital rental contract without MitID. However, if possible, it is a good idea to sign the contract using MitID, as it provides an extra layer of security in the agreement between you.
