In BoligPortal's digital contract builder, you have the option to add up to five CC recipients of the signed rental contract.
This can be beneficial, for example, if you have an administrator handling the rental contract, but the owner or landlord also wants a copy.
How to add a CC recipient to the digital rental contract
- Go to the step in the contract builder called 'Gennemse og færdiggør'
- Under the field 'Efter underskrift' you can add CC recipients
- Click '+ Tilføj kopimodtager' and enter the email address of the desired recipient
Note: Both the landlord and the tenant automatically receive a copy of the final contract, so you only need to add CC recipients if you want others to receive a copy of the contract as well.
