Landlords on BoligPortal have the option to set up automatic rent payment via Betalingsservice. If you have been notified by BoligPortal that you need to set up automatic rent payment, simply follow the link you received by email or SMS and follow the instructions for setup.
Alternatively, you can register the agreement directly in your online bank. Here, you just need to enter the PBS details provided in the email you receive from us.
How to register your rent with PBS automatically via link
- Click on 'Register payment agreement' in the message you received from BoligPortal
- Enter your CPR number, registration number, and account number in the Betalingsservice form that opens.
The remaining fields are pre-filled.
- Read and accept the terms of your Betalingsservice agreement, and complete by clicking 'Register agreement'
How to register your rent with PBS manually in your online bank
- Log in to your online bank and add a new standing order via Betalingsservice
Note: Where and how you set up a standing payment agreement in your online bank may vary from bank to bank. Therefore, ask your bank directly if you are unsure where to set up PBS agreements in your specific online bank.
- Enter the PBS number, debtor group number, and customer number provided in the message from BoligPortal
- Follow the steps required in your specific online bank to complete the registration.
