How do I add BoligPortal to my smartphone's home screen?

The BoligPortal app is designed for housing seekers to search for homes and contact landlords. If you are a landlord, the app is not a tool for you.

However, you can benefit from adding BoligPortal's website to your phone's home screen so that it is easy and quick to open – just like an app. This gives you an icon on your home screen that you can click on when you want quick access to the website. 

The method for creating a shortcut depends on which smartphone and browser you are using. 

In this guide, we will show you how to create a shortcut when you are using:

• iPhone and Safari as the browser
• Android smartphone with Chrome as the browser

Add BoligPortal.dk to your home screen on your iPhone and Safari 

1. Open Safari and go to www.boligportal.dk/en/
   
    
2. Tap the icon that shows a square with an arrow  
   
    
3. Select the option 'Add to Home Screen'
   
    
4. Choose a name for your new shortcut
    
    
5. Tap 'Add'
   
    
6. The shortcut is now added to your home screen

Add BoligPortal.dk to your home screen on your Android and Chrome 
 

1. Open Chrome and go to www.boligportal.dk/en/
    
    
2. Tap the three vertical dots in the upper right corner of your browser
   
    
3. Tap 'Add to Home Screen'
   
    
4. Choose a name for your shortcut – for example, "BoligPortal" – and tap 'Add'
