If you're interested in viewing properties in a larger area – for example, the entire Northern Jutland or in Aarhus, including the surrounding towns, – you can create a Search Agent for a larger area using the map feature on BoligPortal.
This way, you will automatically receive email notifications when there are new available properties that match your criteria within the area you have specified.
How to create a Search Agent for a larger area
- Select the type of rental property you are looking for on BoligPortal
You can choose whether you want to view apartments, rooms, houses, townhouses, or all types of rental properties in your search. - Click on 'Map' in the left column
To view the most relevant properties, you can specify maximum rent, number of rooms, rental period, and much more in the left column.
This ensures that you only see properties within your budget and that match your requirements and preferences. - Zoom in or out to the desired area
You can drag the map and adjust it to the exact area you desire. The bubbles on the map indicate the number of available rental properties that match your criteria in different areas. - Click on 'Search Agent' at the top of the map in the orange field
You will then receive email notifications when there are new available properties in the specified area.
You can easily have multiple Search Agents, allowing you to create several searches for larger or smaller areas and set up a Search Agent for each of these.
