Why can't I find my messages in the inbox?

If you can't find one or more messages in the inbox on your BoligPortal user profile, it may be because you accidentally archived the conversation. 

When a conversation is archived, it will no longer be visible in the inbox - unless you actively choose to include archived messages. 


Check if your missing message has been archived:

  1. Click on 'Filter' on the right side of your BoligPortal inbox

  2. Click on 'Include archived'

  3. Archived messages will now be visible in your inbox
