Why can't I find my messages in the inbox?

If you cannot find one or more messages in the inbox on your BoligPortal profile, it may be because you accidentally archived the conversation.

When a conversation is archived, it will no longer be visible in the inbox unless you actively choose to include archived messages.

Are the messages in your inbox blurred?

If you cannot see the messages in your inbox because they are blurred, it is because you had our 24-hour limited access, which you canceled before the subscription was renewed.

If you wish to see your messages, you simply need to purchase a subscription with full access. The blurring will automatically disappear afterward.
