To access your personal Tenant Hub, you need to find one of the two emails with the link to it, which BoligPortal sent you when you moved into your rental.
If you have linked your Tenant Hub to your profile on BoligPortal, you can also access the portal via the 'My Tenant Hub' item in your profile menu.

If you have not made the link yourself, you can only access the Tenant Hub via the link you received by email after you and the landlord signed the rental contract.
You can advantageously search for the words "BoligPortal" or "Tenant Hub" in your email inbox and look for an email with the subject "Welcome to your tenant hub". You can therefore also try entering your address in the search field in your email.
Remember to search in "all mailboxes" in your email and not just "current mailbox".
Find your Tenant Hub link in the email "Welcome to your tenant hub"
Inside the email itself, you will find the buttons 'Go to overview' or 'Go to your tenant hub', both of which will take you to your personal Tenant Hub.
If you have not already done so, we recommend that you copy the link to your tenant portal and link it to your BoligPortal user, so you can always find it under the tab 'My Tenant Hub' in the future.
Note: You will only have access to your Tenant Hub if your landlord uses BoligPortal's digital tools for the administration of rental relationships, contracts, and reports.
If you are unsure whether this is the case, we refer you to contact your landlord directly.
If you cannot find the email containing the link to your Tenant Portal, you should first make sure that you have actually deleted the email. You can check this by following the instructions at the top of this guide, where you perform inbox searches for different words, including "BoligPortal" and "Tenant Portal".
If you need the link to your Tenant Hub resent, you must contact BoligPortal customer service and request a new link. You must also include the full address of the rental property to which the Tenant Hub is linked. It is very important that you contact us from the email address to which you received the contact.
To access your documents, you must therefore either access your Tenant Hub, where they are all available, or contact your landlord directly and request a copy.
