When your landlord uses BoligPortal's digital tools to create a rental contract or a moving report, you will automatically receive your own Tenant Hub, where all relevant documents and information related to your rental property are gathered.
You will automatically receive a link to your Tenant Hub via email once the rental contract has been digitally signed by all parties. Read more about access to your Tenant Hub here.
Each Tenant Hub is different, so what you can see in your personal Tenant Hub depends on which of BoligPortal's digital tools your landlord uses.

Your Tenant Hub contains ...
- Timeline – from move-in to move-out
- Your documents – rental contract, moving reports, etc.
- Contact details – for both tenant and landlord
- Services – registration for electricity and internet
- 14-days defect period – digital reporting during move-in and move-out
Note: Landlords on BoligPortal can use various tools to manage rental agreements, contracts, and move-in/move-out inspections directly on BoligPortal. If they choose these services, they will appear in your Tenant Hub. If the landlord only uses BoligPortal for advertising, you will not receive a Tenant Hub.
Timeline
In the Tenant Hub, you can see a timeline of all important events; before you move in, after you've moved in, and when you move out. This gives you a complete overview of exactly which actions have taken place – such as when the move-in inspection was held and the date you paid the deposit to the landlord.
When an event on the timeline is completed, a green checkmark will appear.
You can click the arrow next to each item on the timeline to get a more detailed overview and see the specific details. Here, you will find, for example, the specific dates for the signing of the rental contract and an overview of the prepayments, including the landlord's account details, that you need to pay to your landlord before moving in.
Your documents
All digital documents filled out through BoligPortal's tools are gathered in your Tenant Hub. Under the 'Your documents' section, all your documents are collected as links to PDF files, including your rental contract and moving reports.
Save your documents
We recommend that you download all your documents and save them locally on your computer. This way, you will always have a copy available.
Contact information
In the right column of your Tenant Hub, you will find two sections with contact details for both your landlord and tenant (you and any co-tenants).
Note: If you're looking for your landlord's account details, you will find them under the 'Pre-payments' tab.
Services
When you rent your property through BoligPortal, you have the option to choose a provider for electricity and internet in your rental property directly through your Tenant Hub. You can find this option under the 'Services' tab at the top of your Tenant Hub.
Electricity
BoligPortal partners with several electricity providers, and in the Tenant Hub, you can easily choose the one that suits you best.
If you have already chosen an electricity provider, you can see which company you are registered with.
Internet
Here, you can quickly and easily sign up for an internet contract for your rental property. A selection of BoligPortal's partners will be displayed in the Tenant Hub.
14-days defect period
When you move into your rental property, you have 14 days to report any defects or issues with the property. This documents any pre-existing damage that you will not be held responsible for when you move out.
When the reporting period is active – meaning the first 14 days after you move in – you can report all your observations of defects, issues, and damages here. You can add photos and comments to each individual report.
After the 14 days, the overview will remain available, so you will always have an overview of what you have reported. Your landlord also has the option to add comments to your reports – for example, if they plan to fix the issues.
In addition to this overview, all reports will also be created as a PDF document, which you can find under 'Your documents' on the main page (under the 'Timeline' tab) of your Tenant Hub. The official move-in report will also include all your submissions.
