If you want to ensure easy access to your personal Tenant Hub so that you always have all your rental documents at hand, you can link it directly to your profile on BoligPortal.
By linking your BoligPortal profile to your Tenant Hub, it only takes a few clicks to access all your personal documents, including your rental contract, moving inspection, landlord contact information, and much more.
All you need to do to link your Tenant Hub to your profile is to click on 'My Tenant Hub' in the menu when you are logged in and paste the link to your Tenant Hub in the box that appears when you click on '+ Connect new Tenant Hub'.

How to link your Tenant Hub to your BoligPortal profile
You can link your Tenant Hub to your profile on BoligPortal either directly from your profile under the 'My Tenant Hub' menu or directly from your Tenant Hub. In this guide, we go through the latter option, where you make the connection directly from your Tenant Hub.
- Go to your Tenant Hub via the link you received in the email from BoligPortal when you signed your digital rental contract
The link was sent both in the email with the subject line "Receipt: Everyone has signed" and "Welcome to your Tenant Hub". Read more here.
- Click on the orange text 'Connect with BoligPortal', which you find in the top box with your name and address
- Click the orange button with the text 'Connect'
This will open BoligPortal’s login page in a new tab
- Now log in to the BoligPortal profile you want to connect your Tenant Hub to
Note: If you are already logged into your user, you will instead see this box where you just need to check that it is the correct profile you are linking your Tenant Hub to and click 'Connect'
Once you have followed these steps, your Tenant Portal is linked to your BoligPortal profile. Therefore, you can easily access your Tenant Portal directly from the 'My Tenant Hub' tab, where you just need to click to enter it.
If there are multiple tenants on the same Tenant Hub – for example, if you are on the rental contract together with a partner or roommate – you can still link the same Tenant Hub to each of your BoligPortal profiles.
If you need to link another Tenant Hub to your profile – for example, if you move out of your current home and thus get a new Tenant Hub for the new home – you just need to click on '+ Connect new Tenant Hub' and paste the link to your new Tenant Hub in the field.
