As part of BoligPortal Pro, it is now possible to create properties on your profile so you can easily sort and group your rental units at a property level.
To add your rental units to a property, simply make sure you have created your properties under the 'Properties' tab on your profile, after which you can select the rental units you want to add under 'Rentables'.
In this guide, we will walk you through step-by-step how to link rental units to your properties on BoligPortal.
Note: This is a feature in BoligPortal Pro.

How to link your rental units to a property in BoligPortal Pro
- Go to the 'Rentables' tab on your profile

Select all the rental units you want to add to a property by checking the box next to the address
If you have a many rentables to your property, you can enter the address without house numbers – e.g., "Emiliehøj" – in the search field, after which you can check all on the list with one click.
- Click on 'Connect to a property' in the box at the bottom of the page
- Select the property you want to link the selected rental units to from the list, and finish by clicking 'Link'
All your created properties will appear in the list. If you have many, you can advantageously search for the property in the search field.
If you have not yet created your properties on your BoligPortal profile, you can click '+ Create new property' at the bottom of the list.
Afterwards, all the rental units will now be added to the desired property, which you can see in your rentables overview.
If you go into the property on your profile under 'Properties', all selected rental units will also appear under the respective property.
