In BoligPortal Pro, we have updated the overview of your tenants. Whereas in the classic view you only see tenant names, address, move-in and move-out dates, as well as rent, deposit, and prepaid rent, in BoligPortal Pro you get a much more detailed insight into each tenancy directly from the overview – including your tenants' contact information.
This means that with just a few clicks, you can contact your prospective, current, or former tenants directly from the tenancy overview.
How to send a tenant an email directly from the tenant overview in BoligPortal Pro
- Go to the 'Tenancies' tab on your profile
- Find the tenant on the list you wish to contact, and scroll to the 'Email' column, where the tenant's email address is shown
Click on the tenant's email address, then click 'Send email' in the box that appears
This will automatically open your email on the device you are using. If you are logged in on a device that is not set up for your email program, you can instead simply click 'Copy email' and manually paste it into an email.
If there are multiple email addresses in the field, for example because two adults live in the tenancy, the system automatically inserts a comma between the two email addresses in your email client, so both emails are registered as recipients.
