Why can't I contact landlords on BoligPortal, even though I've paid?

To contact landlords on BoligPortal, you need an active subscription. You can only write to landlords – and possibly see their phone numbers if they have added it to their ad – when you are logged into your user account and have an active subscription.

Can't contact landlords even though you have an active subscription?

If you are asked to pay for a subscription again when trying to contact a landlord, it is because you are not logged into the account where you purchased your subscription.

So, first, check whether you are logged into your profile.

If 'Login' is displayed on the button in the top right corner of boligportal.dk or in the bottom menu of the app, you are not logged in to your profile.

You are logged in when your name appears in the top right corner of boligportal.dk or when 'My profile' appears in the bottom menu of the app.

If you have multiple email addresses, you should also ensure that you are logged into the correct user account – meaning the account you originally created the subscription on. You can always check if an active subscription is linked to the user account you're logged into under the 'Subscription' tab on your profile.

If you're unsure which user account you created your subscription on, we recommend checking the confirmation email you received from BoligPortal with the receipt for your subscription purchase. Simply click on the recipient email to see which email address the subscription is created under.


If you've forgotten your password, you can always click on 'Forgot password' when you try to log in.
