When you purchase an ad promotion on BoligPortal, you will, of course, always receive a receipt for your purchase once the payment has been processed.
We always store your receipts for you directly on your profile under the 'Purchase and subscription' tab in your menu overview, and you will automatically receive the receipt by email shortly after the purchase.
We recommend that you check your spam folder if you do not receive this receipt. You may find it helpful to search for "BoligPortal" and "receipt" directly in your email and select to search in "All folders".
How to find and download your promotion receipts
- Log in to your profile and click on the 'Purchase and subscription' tab, which you can find in the drop-down menu by clicking on your name
- Find the purchased highlight product(s) you wish to retrieve a receipt for in the list
- Click on the three vertical dots next to the desired purchase and click on 'View receipt'
The receipt for the specific highlight purchase will then automatically open directly in your browser.
- Click on 'Download' or the printer icon in your browser to save or print your receipt
Note: The placement or appearance of these icons on your device may vary depending on which device (computer, tablet, or phone) and browser (e.g., Google Chrome, Safari, or Explorer) you are using.
Once you have downloaded your receipt, it will automatically be saved on your device. From here, you can easily save it in a folder or forward it as an attachment, for example.
