If you no longer wish to have a profile on BoligPortal, you can always request to have it deleted. You simply need to contact BoligPortal's customer service via email and request the deletion.
Please note: You can only delete your profile once your subscription has expired, and you have no active payment arrangements or active ads with us.
It is important that you contact us from the email address associated with the profile you wish to delete.

Terms for Deleting Your User Profile on BoligPortal
You can only delete your profile once you have no active payment arrangements or subscriptions with us.
For example, if you have not yet approved the payment for a subscription period (e.g., by rejecting the payment on MobilePay), you can only delete your profile once the payment has gone through.
Deleting your profile is not a way to cancel your subscription – either as a tenant or landlord. Deletion can only be carried out once your subscription has been canceled and expired without any outstanding unpaid periods.
You accepted these terms when you created your profile.

Unsubscribing from Emails from BoligPortal
If your reason for wanting to delete your profile is that you no longer wish to receive emails from us, you can unsubscribe from all newsletters and service emails under 'Settings' on your profile.
If you are receiving many SearchAgent emails (i.e., emails with new properties), it is because you have many or very broad search agents.
