The verification code will be sent directly to the email address associated with your account.
How to log in to your profile on BoligPortal
- Go to the BoligPortal homepage or app, and click the 'Login' button
- Enter your email address and password in the fields and click the 'Log in' button
Your email address and password are the ones you chose when creating your BoligPortal profile.
If you forgot your password, you can always click 'Forgot password' to reset and create a new one.

- Check your email for a verification code from BoligPortal and enter it in the box
The code you receive via email consists of 6 characters, including both numbers and letters.
Your code is valid for 15 minutes.
If you don’t enter the code before it expires, simply request a new one. You can request a new verification code every 30 seconds.

If someone else tries to log into your profile, you will automatically be notified.
1. Check your spam or junk folder
Sometimes emails with security codes end up in your spam or filtered inboxes by your email provider.
Check all inboxes to see if the email with your verification code landed there.
2. Check that you entered the correct email address
If you don’t find the email in your spam folder, double-check that the email you entered on the BoligPortal login screen is correct.
If there's a typo, correct the email and request a new code.
If you have multiple email addresses, verify that your profile is linked to the one you're trying to use to log in and request the code.
3. Contact your email provider
If you still can’t find the email, your email provider may be blocking emails from us.
In this case, your provider (e.g., Google, Microsoft Outlook, Hotmail, etc.) may have mistakenly blocked BoligPortal as a sender, preventing our emails from reaching you.
Contact your provider directly to ask them to lift the block on emails from BoligPortal.
4. Contact BoligPortal Customer Service
If you’ve gone through the above steps without success, contact BoligPortal customer service.
We will usually ask you to follow the above steps but can also check if there is a user profile associated with the email address you're contacting us from.
If there's no account tied to your email, you may have used a different address when signing up or made a typo.

However, you won’t be logged out automatically unless you log out yourself or haven’t been active for a long time.
If you want to avoid entering a code every time, we recommend staying logged in to your account.
Note: For security reasons, we always recommend logging out if you’re using BoligPortal on a public or shared device. Only stay logged in on your personal device that is protected by a secure password.
