What should I do if I experience issues with BoligPortal’s moving inspection app?

If you’re experiencing issues with the inspection app – for example, if it’s running slowly or your images won’t upload – this is most often due to the app not being updated to the latest version or due to problems with your internet connection. 

Especially in newer concrete buildings, it can be difficult to maintain a stable internet connection, which may cause issues when completing your inspection.


Note: All images are uploaded automatically in the background as long as the app is open. If you experience long loading times when adding images, you can still proceed with the inspection.

However, all images must be uploaded before you can sign the inspection together with the tenant. 


Follow the steps below if you're experiencing issues with BoligPortal’s Inspection App

  1. Check that you have a stable internet connection

    The app requires an active and stable internet connection. If your connection is poor, try moving around the rental unit to improve the signal or connect to a Wi-Fi network. 


  2. Restart and update the app

    Fully close the app and check your app library to see if an update is available. Some updates include bug fixes and improvements that may solve the issue. Once the app is updated, reopen the inspection and see if the problem is resolved.


  3. Restart your phone or tablet

    Sometimes your device may be overloaded, which can affect app performance. Try turning your phone or tablet completely off and restarting it.


  4. Open your inspection via browser

    If none of the above methods work, we recommend opening your inspection at www.boligportal.dk instead. You can simply open the browser on your phone or tablet and access BoligPortal from there if you don’t have a computer with you at the inspection. 

    All your inspections are saved and synchronized automatically. You can therefore continue in the browser where you left off in the app. Just make sure you’re logged into the same profile where the inspection was created.
