In BoligPortal’s inspection app, you can easily add photos directly from your phone when registering defects and deficiencies in your inspection report.
This allows all damages to be properly documented, providing peace of mind for both you and your tenant and helping to avoid misunderstandings or disputes.
There is no limit to how many photos you can attach to your inspection report when conducting an inspection via BoligPortal’s app or website. However, if you upload many, you may experience some delay before your images appear in the report.
Note: You must have an active internet connection to use BoligPortal’s inspection app. If your connection is weak or unstable, you may experience longer loading times when adding images.

Frequently Asked Questions
If you’re having trouble uploading photos in the app, we recommend following the steps below.
Step 1: Check your internet connection
Our inspection app requires an active and stable internet connection.
We’ve seen that especially new buildings, such as concrete structures, can cause connection issues for landlords.
Try connecting to a Wi-Fi network instead or move around the rental to improve the signal.
Step 2: Restart the app
Close the app completely and reopen it.
Your inspection saves automatically, including all the information you’ve entered so far.
Note that it may take some time for uploaded photos to appear in the app, especially if your internet is unstable or if you’ve added many images.
Step 3: Open the inspection via browser
If you’re on-site with the tenant and the app isn’t working, you can always access the inspection via your browser.
Changes made in the app save automatically and will be available wherever you access your inspections.
On a phone or tablet, simply open your device’s browser and go to www.boligportal.dk.
Then log in to your profile and open the inspection from the 'Inspection reports' tab.
Try improving your internet connection, for example by using Wi-Fi, and restart the app if the issue persists.
If the rental has many damages, defects, or deficiencies, it may be necessary to add a large number of photos. You can upload as many as needed.
Note that large amounts of data – including images – can cause the report to load more slowly.
If you’ve added many images, the app may slow down slightly and it may take time before your images are visible in the app.
