If you as a company or organization are searching for housing on behalf of multiple users, we at BoligPortal can offer you a Company Access. A Company Access is a special corporate agreement is an annual subscription that gives you access to search for rental housing on BoligPortal on behalf of a number of people.

With a regular housing search subscription on BoligPortal, you are only allowed to search for housing for yourself – that is, one single household. Therefore, you need to have a company subscription if you need to search for housing on behalf of others besides yourself, and thus for multiple households.

A Company Access is primarily aimed at companies, institutions, organizations, and municipalities that search for housing on behalf of others – including citizens, employees, and clients.

Benefits of a Company Access

  • Search for housing for multiple people from one single user profile
  • Avoid the hassle of separate users for each individual you search for
  • Get a favorable price compared to our normal subscription prices

Your Company Access is linked to a BoligPortal user profile, which is managed by one or more contact persons at your organization who handle the searching and communication with landlords on behalf of your users.

The annual agreement runs for 12 months and is automatically renewed until terminated. The agreement can be terminated at any time with 30 days' notice.

Note: It is not permitted to give clients or similar access to this user. The housing must be searched by one or more contact persons at your organization on behalf of your clients.

The price of a corporate agreement depends on your search needs.

How to get a corporate agreement

To set up a Company Access on BoligPortal, you simply need to create a new profile for this purpose and then contact us to have a corporate agreement linked to it.

We will then send you a non-binding offer for a company subscription tailored to your specific needs.

  1. Create a user on BoligPortal

Note: We recommend that you use an email address that all who will manage the housing search have access to – for example, a shared email or similar. In the "Name" field, you may advantageously write your company name.

  2. Send us an email with the information below

Once you have created a profile, you should send us an email at b2b@boligportal.dk including the following information:

    • Search needs: How many housing seekers (households) do you expect to search for on behalf of in the entire period (12 months)?

    • Email: Which email address is your user registered with?

    • Company information: What is your company name and contact details?

Once we have received your email, we will prepare a non-binding offer for you. The offer is based on a fixed pricing model that takes into account the type of company and your specific search needs.

It is important that you read the terms for your Company Access that we include with the offer, including information about renewal terms, search needs, and use of the profile.

If you accept the offer, you will immediately gain access to your profile and can begin searching for housing on behalf of others. Payment is made when the agreement is entered into and can be made via invoice or EAN.

Terms for Company Access

Type of agreement and renewal

  • The agreement is an ongoing annual subscription that is automatically renewed on the stated date.
  • Requests for changes, including changed search needs or termination of the subscription, must be made at least 30 days before the renewal date to b2b@boligportal.dk.

Price and price adjustment

  • The subscription price is calculated based on the current price for a 28-day housing search subscription on www.boligportal.dk minus the relevant annual agreement discount.
  • The annual price is adjusted according to the net price index, with a maximum increase of 7% (expected about 5% annually).
  • The price at renewal never exceeds the current subscription price for housing search on boligportal.dk minus the discount.
  • If search needs change before renewal, the new price is set according to our fixed pricing framework for the number of housing seekers.

Search needs and use of the profile

  • The agreement covers up to the number of housing seekers specified in the offer.
  • Changed needs that exceed the agreed framework must be reported to BoligPortal immediately so the agreement can be expanded and the price adjusted accordingly.
  • If search needs are exceeded without prior agreement, this may result in renegotiation of the current agreement and you may be retroactively billed for extended use for the remainder of the current period, or in the worst case, your profile may be temporarily or permanently closed without compensation for the remaining period.

Administration and user rules

  • The profile is managed by the agreed contact person(s). Login and access must not be shared or transferred.
  • All inquiries to landlords must include a description of the specific housing seeker to whom the tenancy relates.
  • The agreement may only be used to find housing on behalf of specific individuals – not for portfolio building, sharing access, or subletting of the mediated housing.

FAQ

What does a Company Access with BoligPortal cost?

The price of a company access depends on your specific search needs – that is, how many individual housing seekers (households) you expect to search for on behalf of during the entire active year.

Therefore, we can only calculate a price for you once we have received information from you about how many people you expect to search for on behalf of.

Our offer is completely non-binding and only takes effect when you accept the agreement and our corporate agreement terms in writing.

How many people can I search for housing on behalf of with a company access?
In principle, there is no limit to how many people you may search for housing on behalf of when you have a company access. You just need to specify the number you expect to search for when you set up the company access, as the price of your agreement depends on the number of people you search for on behalf of.

If the number you have provided to us differs from the actual number of people you search for on behalf of, you must contact us as soon as possible to have your company agreement adjusted. If you do not do this, you risk having your user permanently closed and losing access to your paid search period.

Your search needs indicate the number of people or households you need to help find housing for. The search needs do not dictate how many listings you may contact. You may contact many different listings for one client.

May I give my login directly to the person who needs housing?
No, it is strictly forbidden to share your login with the people you are searching for housing on behalf of.

A company access gives you the right to search for housing on behalf of other people, but you are not allowed to share your login with others. Misuse of this may result in permanent exclusion from BoligPortal without compensation for any remaining paid period.

What do we do if our search needs change?
If you become aware that you need to search for housing on behalf of more people than you originally informed us, you should simply contact us at b2b@boligportal.dk and inform us of your changed search needs. We will then adjust your agreement so you can continue helping your users find a new home.

How do we search for housing on behalf of others with our company user?

To search for housing on behalf of others – e.g., citizens, clients, employees, or others – you just need to search for relevant housing for the individual person on boligportal.dk. You may apply for as many housing listings as you want for the individual user.

When you contact the landlord, just remember to be clear that you are contacting them on behalf of someone else. You may share the person's name and contact details in the message. An example could look like this:

Hello, my name is [your name]
I am writing to you via a corporate profile where we help [persons] find a new permanent rental home. We are therefore very interested in your property and would like to know if [person] can get a viewing?

[Person] is a quiet and calm [M/F], who [brief description of person].

[Person] can be reached directly at phone [XX XX XX XX], otherwise I am happy to answer any questions in this thread.

Kind regards
[your name]
