You must be logged in to your profile to purchase a subscription.
How to buy a subscription so you can contact landlords on BoligPortal
- Log in to your profile – or create one if it's your first time using BoligPortal.
If you don't have a profile, you need to create one by clicking on 'Create user' on the login page and following the instructions.
- Go to a property listing and click on the 'Contact' button
- Select the desired subscription period from the list
Note: If you purchase your subscription via the BoligPortal app, you will only be able to choose a 30-day access period for 379 DKK. This is because the subscription is purchased through Apple iTunes or Google Play, and you are required to follow their pricing and payment periods.
All subscription periods renew automatically after the specified period, but they are also without commitment and can be canceled at any time within the active payment period.
Note: The '24-hour limited access' product is exclusively an offer for new customers. If you have previously used this offer, it will not appear in your subscription overview.
Read more about the terms for 24-hour limited access here.
- Accept BoligPortal's terms and conditions, and select your preferred payment method
When your subscription is renewed, the amount will be charged to the payment method you select. If you do not want your subscription to be renewed, simply remember to cancel it before the renewal date.
Read how to cancel your subscription here.
- Complete the payment – you can now start contacting landlords
Note that you must receive a payment confirmation on the screen before the payment is processed. You will also receive a receipt for your payment via email immediately after the purchase.
Remember, you must be logged into the profile where you purchased the subscription before you can contact landlords. If the page asks you to pay again when you click 'Contact', simply log in again with the correct email address.
Get an overview of your subscriptions under the 'Subscriptions' tab
You can find a complete overview of your past or current subscription periods under the 'Subscriptions' tab, which you can access from the drop-down menu by clicking on your name in the top right corner.
If you are already a customer, you can purchase a subscription via 'Subscriptions'
If it is your first time purchasing a subscription to BoligPortal, you will also be able to buy your first subscription period here. Simply click on 'Buy subscription' and follow the on-screen instructions.
If you are a previous customer, the 'Subscriptions' page depends on your subscription status
If you have previously had a subscription with BoligPortal, you will have an overview of all your past purchases and receipts on your subscription page.
If you want to reactivate your subscription, the method will depend on whether your subscription has expired or been canceled.
How to reactivate your subscription if your status is 'Expired'
If your subscription is marked as 'Expired,' it means that you previously had a subscription that has ended, and it is no longer active.
To reactivate your subscription when it shows as 'Expired', you need to go to an ad on BoligPortal and click on 'Contact'. You will then be prompted to choose a subscription and enter your payment details again.
How to reactivate your subscription if your status is 'Cancelled'
If your subscription is 'Cancelled', it means that you have personally cancelled it, but the period during which you can use the subscription has not yet expired.
You can always see how many days are left and the exact time when your subscription expires under 'Status'.
To reactivate your subscription, simply click on 'Reactivate subscription'.
