If you purchased your subscription on BoligPortal's website, you can cancel it by logging into your profile with the email address you used when subscribing and navigating to the 'Subscription' tab in the menu. Then, simply click 'Cancel subscription' and follow the process until your subscription status appears as canceled.
If you purchased your subscription via the BoligPortal app, you must cancel it directly through iTunes or Google Play.
Your subscription is successfully canceled when your subscription status shows as 'Canceled' and you receive a confirmation email.

If you purchased your subscription via the app, you cannot cancel it through your BoligPortal profile, as the agreement was made directly with either iTunes or the Google Play Store.

How to cancel your subscription on BoligPortal's website
- Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of BoligPortal.dk and select 'Subscription'
- Click on 'Cancel subscription' under your active subscriptions, select the reason for cancellation from the dropdown menu, and finish by clicking 'Cancel subscription'
- Double-check that the subscription cancellation has been completed
Your subscription is successfully canceled when the green status message changes to a gray 'Canceled' message. You will also receive a confirmation email once your subscription has been correctly canceled.
If you have not received a cancellation confirmation email, your subscription has not been properly canceled.
Once your subscription is correctly canceled, it will automatically expire at the end of the current period. This means you can still use the subscription until the end of the period you have already paid for.
You will not lose access to your paid features as long as you have active days remaining on your subscription, but you can freely use it until the end of the paid period. When the period ends, the subscription will automatically cease, and you will not be charged for the next period.
You can always check under 'Subscription' to see how many days you have left of your access.
If you wish to contact landlords again on BoligPortal, you can simply click on 'Reactivate Subscription'.
Congratulations on your new home! When you no longer need to use BoligPortal, remember to cancel your subscription under the 'Subscription' tab in your profile.
It is your own responsibility to cancel the subscription when you no longer wish to have access.
No, your subscription is not automatically canceled when you find a home through BoligPortal. The subscription will continue to renew automatically until you cancel it yourself.
If you have found a home through BoligPortal, remember to cancel your subscription.
If you are unable to cancel your subscription on your profile and receive the message: "You bought your access through our Android / Apple app and are paying through your Google Play / Apple Itunes account", this means that you subscribed through the BoligPortal app.
In this case, you have entered into a subscription agreement through Apple or Google, which must also be canceled through their platform.

How to cancel your subscription on the BoligPortal app
If you purchased your BoligPortal subscription directly in our app on your Android device or iPhone or iPad, your subscription is managed through your iTunes or Google Play account.
This means that you must also cancel your subscription through iTunes or Google Play if you no longer wish to keep it.
BoligPortal does not have access to cancel the subscription for you. Instead, we refer you to Apple or Google's own official guides to subscription cancellation.

Subscription purchases in the App Store / Google Play Store follow their cancellation policy
When you subscribe through the App Store or Google Play Store, their own terms for cancellation and renewal apply. This means that you must cancel your subscription directly through Apple or Google, and the subscription renews 24 hours before the renewal date.
These terms are outlined when you purchase the subscription in the app.
Since you purchased the subscription through Apple or Google, BoligPortal has no control or authority to cancel the subscription for you.
When you pay for your subscription via BoligPortal's app for iOS or Android, you enter into a payment agreement with Apple or Google, which acts as an intermediary between you and BoligPortal.
Since the agreement is made with Apple, and not with us, you must cancel the agreement directly with Apple.

When you subscribe through the App Store or Google Play Store – in this case, via BoligPortal’s app – the subscription price is slightly higher than when subscribing directly on boligportal.dk. This is because you are purchasing a subscription period of 30 days for BoligPortal, whereas the subscription period on BoligPortal’s website is 28 days.
When subscribing via the app, you follow the subscription terms and payment periods of the App Store or Google Play Store. This is something BoligPortal has no influence over and cannot change.
However, you can always purchase your subscription directly on BoligPortal’s website and then log into your profile in the app.
