Landlords can click on your profile, and many use it as a quick way to form an impression of the property seeker.

Upload a photo of yourself
A picture is worth a thousand words, and for many landlords, a photo is important for getting an impression of the property seeker.

Write a description of yourself in the text field at the bottom of the page
For example, you can write a brief description of your qualities as a tenant, and it is also relevant to mention who you might be living with.

Fill out as much information about yourself as possible
In the profile, you can easily and quickly fill in factual information about yourself such as year of birth, gender, occupation, and family status.

Landlord can search for profiles
Landlords have the option to use a search function that shows all the property seekers who match their rental property. It is your profile information and any Search Agents that determine whether you appear in the landlord's search.
Below, you can see what it looks like when a landlord searches for property seekers that fit their rental property. By default, the most complete profiles will rank highest in the search results list.
How to complete your profile
- Log in with your email and password on BoligPortal.dk

Click on the person icon at the top right corner next to your name, or click on 'Complete profile' further down the page.

You will now arrive at a page where you can fill in your information. Complete as many fields as possible. The more information the landlord gets, the better your chance of being considered for the property.

Once you have entered all your information in the profile, click the orange 'Save changes' button at the bottom of the page.
