On BoligPortal, you can advertise your rental property for free as a landlord. To ensure a safe and reliable rental process for all our users, we have clear guidelines and terms that you, as a landlord, must follow when creating an ad.
You are not allowed to include your contact information in the ad text, rent out your property on a daily basis, or demand compensation from your future tenant.
Our terms are non-negotiable, and you agreed to comply with them when you created a user account on BoligPortal. Violations of our guidelines may ultimately affect your ability to use BoligPortal for your property rentals.
