If your landlord uses BoligPortal’s tool to conduct moving inspections when you move in or out of your rental, you as a tenant will always be able to find the associated inspection reports in your personal Tenant Hub under the 'Your documents' section.

Here, you'll find both your move-in report and the list of defects and deficiencies noted at move-in. If you’ve already moved out of the property, your move-out report will also be available here.
Note: You only have access to a personal Tenant Hub if your landlord uses BoligPortal’s tools to manage their rentals — including lease agreements, moving inspection reports, and similar.
If your landlord uses their own systems, you’ll need to contact them directly to access your move-in or move-out documents.
