When creating rental contracts on BoligPortal, you can easily reuse your § 11 terms if you have previously spent time formulating your own or adjusting BoligPortal's standard terms.
The easiest way to reuse a § 11 section is to duplicate the rental contract where you originally added your custom terms. Simply find the rental contract on your profile and click 'Duplicate'.
You can then edit the duplicated rental contract to match the tenancy you want to create.
