If you have formulated one or more terms for §11 in a digital rental contract that you want to use in a new rental contract, the simplest method is to copy the rental contract containing the formulated §11 terms.
You can then modify the copied rental contract to align with the specific rental property and tenant you are setting up.
How to reuse a § 11 by duplicating the rental contract
- Log in to BoligPortal.dk and go to 'Lejekontrakter' on your BoligPortal user profil.

In the overview of your rental contracts, find the the rental contract you wish to duplicate.
Once you have located the relevant rental contract, click on the three vertical dots on the far right. Here, you choose 'Duplikér'. - Choose whether you want to link the duplicated rental contract to an existing rental property, or if you want to create a new rental property.
Paragraph 11 and other information have now been copied into the new rental contract.
The digital rental contract must then be amended to match the new tenant's name and any other changes.
