If a rental property on BoligPortal is marked as 'Shareable,' it typically means that it is suitable for sharing by multiple tenants, each with their own bedroom.
This is usually the case if the property has several separate rooms without passage through them. This way, two or more tenants can be roommates in a shared rental property, each having their own private room.
Note: It is up to the landlord to assess whether their property is shareable. How they interpret this is entirely up to them. We recommend that you ask the landlord directly if you have any questions about the shareability.
Under the section 'About property' at the bottom of the rental listing, you can see if the rental property is shareable.
