If you or your future tenant need the email containing the link to digitally sign the rental contract via BoligPortal to be resent, you simply need to cancel the signature request and resend the rental contract for signing.
This will ensure that both you and the tenant receive a new email with a link to sign the rental contract.
Note: Digital rental contracts on BoligPortal are exclusively offered in Danish, which is why images and some words in this guide appear in Danish.
How to resend the link to sign the rental contract
- Go to 'Lejekontrakter' on your profile and click on the 'Afventer underskrift' tab
- Click on 'Gå til oversigt' next to the rental contract you wish to withdraw
- Click on the 'Annuller anmodning' button to withdraw the initial signature request
Note: The tenant will then receive an SMS and an email stating that the signature request has been cancelled.
Once the signature request has been withdrawn, the rental contract is automatically converted back into a draft.
- Go back to the overview under 'Lejekontrakter' and now click on the 'Kladder' tab
- Find the specific rental contract that you just canceled the request for, and click on 'Udfyld'
This will open the rental contract in edit mode, where you can make adjustments or update the relevant information. If the tenant has not received the initial request, it's also a good idea to check whether the tenant's email and phone number are entered correctly under the 'Lejer' tab.
- Click on 'Send til underskrift' to resend the rental contract for signature.
Afterward, both you and the tenant will receive an SMS and email notifying that the rental contract is ready for signature, including a link for digital signing.
The rental contract is now moved back to the 'Afventer underskrift' tab on your profile.
