You can set the number of days your tenant has to sign the rental contract when you create and manage digital rental contracts on BoligPortal.
By default, the rental contract is set so that the tenant has 7 days to sign. However, you can choose a response deadline between 1 and 20 days.
As a landlord, you always have 30 days to sign the rental contract.
Note: Digital rental contracts on BoligPortal are exclusively offered in Danish, which is why images and some words in this guide appear in Danish.
How to edit the tenant's response deadline to sign the rental contract
- Go to the 'Gennemse og færdiggør' section in the rental contract builder, scroll down to the 'Underskrift af lejekontrakt og bilag' section
- Select how many days you want your tenant to have to sign the lease contract under 'Antal dage til at underskrive for lejer'
