Can I receive an SMS or email notification about missing rent payments?

If you, as a landlord, collect rent via Betalingsservice through BoligPortal, you can set up automatic notifications about missing rent payments from your tenants under 'Settings' in your profile. 

This means you will receive a notification via email or SMS if one or more of your tenants have not paid their rent on time. 

Note: You cannot receive notifications about missing payments if you collect rent manually via bank transfer. Read more about how to collect rent via Betalingsservice here. 

How to receive automatic notifications about missing rent payments via Betalingsservice 
 

1. Go to 'Settings' in your profile and click on the 'Rent' tab
   
    
   
    
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the section 'Reminders on missing payments' 
   
    
   
    
3. Check the desired boxes and enter your phone number in the box if you choose that method
   
   The email field will automatically be filled with the email associated with your BoligPortal profile. It is not possible to receive notifications about missed rent payments to any email other than the one shown in the field. 
   
    
4. Click 'Save changes' to complete the setup
