If you wish to remove one, several, or all future rent rent collections, simply go to the relevant tenant under 'Tenancies' and navigate to the 'Rent' tab.
Here, you can delete rent collections on a monthly basis or stop the rent collection entirely by clicking 'Stop collection of rent'.

How to delete a single rent collection
If you want to delete a single rent colleciton – for example, if your tenant does not need to pay for the last month's rent – simply follow the steps below.
If you only wish to remove parts of your rent payment request – for example, if you are giving the tenant a discount on the rent but still want to collect the on-account payment – you should instead follow this guide.
- Go to 'Tenancies' on your profile and find the tenant for whom a rent collection should be deleted
- Go to the 'Rent' tab and click on the three dots next to the relevant payment month in the payment overview
- Click on 'Delete payment'
- Confirm the deletion by checking the box and clicking 'Yes, delete payment'.
This stops the entire rent collection for this month, including all associated payments such as on-account payments.
Note: The deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Therefore, make sure you have selected the correct payment before deleting it. If you regret the deletion, you will need to stop the entire rent collection and start it again. Read more in this guide.
How to stop all future rent collections
If you want to completely stop your rent collection, so all future payments are deleted, just follow this process.
- Go to 'Tenancies' on your profile and find the tenant whose rent collection needs to be deleted
- Go to the 'Rent' tab and click on 'Stop collection of rent'.
- Select the date when the tenant should make their last rent payment under 'Select last payment date' and confirm by clicking on 'Stop collection of rent'
For example, if the tenant is moving out at the end of September and has paid one month's advance rent at the time of moving in, you should select "August" as the last payment month.
When the rent collection is stopped, you will receive a notification in a red confirmation box with the date of the last payment.
It is always possible to restart rent collection by clicking on 'Start rent again'
