While you have the option to add multiple tenants to the same rental when creating a rent collection via BoligPortal, it is currently not possible to split the rent between these tenants.
How you should handle this depends on whether you collect rent manually via bank transfer or automatically via Betalingsservice.
If you have multiple tenants and collect rent via bank transfer
When you set up rent collection via bank transfer on BoligPortal, you are responsible for manually reconciling the rent payments each month.
You simply agree with your tenants on how the rent should be divided and check your account to confirm that all parties have paid as agreed – whether each tenant transfers their own share, or one tenant pays the full amount and collects the rest internally from the others.

If you have multiple tenants and collect rent via Betalingsservice
If you have set up and linked Betalingsservice to your rent collection via BoligPortal, it is unfortunately not currently possible to split the total rent between multiple tenants.
When setting up the agreement on BoligPortal, you must enter all tenants involved in the agreement, and they will each receive a registration link via SMS and email.
However, only one of them – the first to act – can register for the Betalingsservice agreement.
The one who registers will then have the full rent amount withdrawn from their account each month. They will then need to coordinate with the other tenants internally to receive their shares.
