When you create a listing on BoligPortal, it will automatically have the status 'Waiting for approval' until it has been manually reviewed and approved by BoligPortal's customer service team. This typically happens within 24 hours.
All listings must go through this process as part of our quality assurance.
All new landlords must also complete a mandatory phone call with us before we can approve the listing.
We review and approve listings continuously throughout the week, both during the day and in the evening. As a result, the approval process typically takes less than 24 hours.
If we have any questions about your listing, we will contact you before approving it – otherwise, it will simply be approved.
You will receive an email from us as soon as your rental is visible on BoligPortal.

It is important to us that there is a real person behind every listing on BoligPortal and that all our landlords feel well-prepared to rent out their property through our platform.
If this is your first time creating a listing on BoligPortal, we will always contact you by phone as part of the approval process. This does not necessarily mean there is an issue with your listing – we simply want to welcome you to our platform.
We cannot approve your listing without this phone call, and it cannot be conducted in writing.
We are always ready to help
You do not need to contact us to get your listing approved. We review and approve listings continuously in the order they are created, so contacting us will not speed up the process.
However, we approve listings every day of the week – including in the evening – so your listing will typically become active quickly.
