If you find that you still cannot see that your tenant has signed up for your Betalingsservice agreement, it is because the registration has not yet been recorded in the system – even if the tenant has already signed up.
It can take 3-4 business days from the time the tenant signs up for a Betalingsservice agreement via the provided link before it becomes visible to you as a landlord in BoligPortal’s rent management system.
This is simply a processing delay.
The delay is due to the information needing to pass through the bank, Betalingsservice service, and finally BoligPortal.
Therefore, it is entirely possible that your tenant has signed up for Betalingsservice, even if you as the landlord cannot yet see it.
If you still cannot see the registration in BoligPortal after 3–4 days, even though the tenant has signed up, you are very welcome to contact us.
