When you use BoligPortal to create and manage digital rental contracts, you can easily make a copy of a contract, saving you from re-entering all the details from scratch.
This is especially useful if you have multiple identical rentals in the same building or if you want to reuse your § 11 section in several rental contracts.
Simply find the rental contract you wish to copy under 'Rental Contracts' on your profile, click 'Duplikér', and update it with the new tenant's information.
Note: Digital rental contracts on BoligPortal are exclusively offered in Danish, which is why images and some words in this guide appear in Danish.
How to duplicate a rental contract on BoligPortal
- Go to the 'Rental Contracts' section on your profile and find the rental contract that you wish to copy

Click on the three vertical dots next to the rental contract and select 'Duplikér'

Select the rental property from the list to link the duplicated rental contract to – or create a new rental property by clicking on '+ Opret lejemål'
The duplicated rental contract will now open in the rental contract builder, with all information, including the property data and § 11 section, copied over.
You just need to update the contract with the new tenant's details. Also, make sure to review it carefully to ensure all information is accurate and relevant to the new rental agreement.
