If you wish to remove a message or conversation thread from your inbox on BoligPortal, you need to archive the message.
When you archive your messages, they will not be deleted but simply removed from your inbox and moved to an archive. This way, you can always find the conversation again if it becomes relevant for you.
The home seeker will not be notified that you have archived the conversation.
How to archive messages from home seekers on BoligPortal
- Go to your inbox under 'Messages' on your profile and find the conversation you want to archive
- Click on the three vertical dots next to the message and select 'Archive conversation'
The conversation will now disappear from your inbox and will only be shown if you include archived messages in the inbox.
